Affiliate Manager

Reacheffect Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing.

  • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the network and reach target audiences.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support, guidance, and resources as needed.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

  • Campaign Management: Coordinate with advertisers and affiliates to launch and manage marketing campaigns effectively.

  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate favorable terms with affiliates, including commission rates and promotional opportunities.

  • Compliance: Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance and provide insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge:

1. Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital advertising, preferably in a managerial role.
2. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills (at least 2 years of experience in sales)

The candidate will lead the team developing our phenomenal product. You will use the latest technologies in order to develop state of the art service to our valued customers. The candidate must be very strong in development, especially in web development and server side programming. You will get high level specifications of the requirements and should be able to translate it to full stuck development.

  • HTML, CSS and Javascript (At least 5 years of experience)

  • PHP (At least 5 years of experience)

  • Node.js (At least 2 years of experience)

  • No SQL database (Couchbase a Plus) (At least 2 years of experience) – Knowledge of Redis (An advantage)

  • Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and it’s quirks and workarounds

  • Deep understanding of event driven solutions

The ideal candidate will have excellent development and negotiation skills, be passionate about learning new things, independent, highly efficient and well organized, has excellent experience of big data technologies in the ad-tech industry, out of the box thinking approach is a must.
