What these policies cover
These policies apply to every campaign on the Reacheffect platform: the offer, the creatives, the landing page and any page the visitor reaches from it. They complement the Terms and Conditions, clause 11, which the account holder accepts on sign-up. Where the two differ, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
What we accept
Reacheffect accepts campaigns in iGaming, sports betting, dating, sweepstakes, finance, e-commerce, gaming, VOD and streaming, mVAS and VPN/utilities, among other verticals, in every GEO where we have inventory. Advertisers are responsible for their offer's compliance with the laws that apply to them and to the markets they target; our review checks the creative and the landing page against the rules on this page.
Adult traffic is available as a source: campaigns whose offers suit adult placements are flagged as such and run only on sources approved for that content.
Content we do not accept in any GEO
Under clause 11.3 of the Terms and Conditions, the Advertiser guarantees that the Advert and the pages it links to are not in contravention of the legislation in force or otherwise unlawful, and in any event do not contain:
- Child pornography;
- Contents which lead to or are the consequence of exploitation or abuse of others;
- Sexual conduct with animals;
- Attacking, violent, discriminatory content;
- A photograph or image of a person without his/her consent;
- Criminal offences, such as circulation and/or use of illegal drugs;
- Spyware, Scareware, Stealth Dialers and other illegal software;
- Illegal activities such as SPAM, SPIM, Phishing, URL spoofing.
In addition we do not run campaigns for counterfeit goods, weapons, or content that impersonates a government body, a bank or a well-known brand without authorisation.
Creative and landing-page rules
- The creative must describe the offer on the landing page. Headline, image and call to action may not promise something the page does not deliver.
- No fake system warnings, fake virus alerts, fake countdown timers presented as system messages, or imitation of the device's interface.
- No auto-download, auto-dial, auto-subscribe or forced redirect without a user action on the landing page. mVAS flows must show the price and the subscription terms before the confirming click.
- Landing pages must load, work on the devices targeted, and open only the pages a visitor chooses to open. Back-button hijacking and pop-up loops are not allowed.
- Finance and crypto offers must show the operator and the risk disclosure the offer itself uses. Sweepstakes must state the sponsor and the rules.
- Creatives may not include nudity or sexually explicit imagery on mainstream sources; adult creatives run on adult-flagged sources only.
- Do not use logos, trademarks or photographs you do not have the right to use, including photographs of people without their consent.
How review works
Every creative and landing page is reviewed before a campaign goes live, and campaigns are re-checked while they run. The moderation team works around the clock. A rejected creative comes back with the reason; fix it and resubmit. Repeated or deliberate breaches lead to campaign pause, account suspension and, under clause 11.4 of the Terms and Conditions, liability for the resulting damage.
Tracking and data
Advertisers may pass their own click IDs and receive conversion postbacks. Advertisers may not collect personal data from a landing page in a way that breaches the laws that apply to them, and may not fingerprint or re-identify users beyond what their own privacy notice discloses.
