Deposits, invoices, VAT details and the refund policy for advertiser accounts.
How money moves on the account: deposits by method, invoices and receipts, the credit line available to managed accounts, VAT handling, and how a credit balance is refunded when an account is closed. Spend is deducted from the prepaid balance as impressions and clicks are delivered, and the balance and transaction history are on the Funds page. The deposit methods and their minimums ($30 via PayPal, $50 by other methods) are covered in Add funds under Getting started; publisher payments are in the Publishers section under Payouts.
