Statuses
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending approval | Saved and waiting for the moderation team | Nothing; the status changes to Active or Rejected |
| Active | Approved and eligible to serve while the balance and budget allow | Watch the first statistics |
| Rejected | The campaign or an ad failed a policy check; the reason is shown on the ad | Fix the flagged item and save again, which resubmits it |
| Paused / Stopped | Switched off by you; no review is needed to resume unless the ads changed | Resume from the campaign list |
What moderation checks
- The creative and the landing page describe the same offer; the review compares them.
- The content rules in the advertising policies: no fake system warnings, virus alerts or imitation of the device interface; no auto-download, auto-dial, auto-subscribe or forced redirect without a user action; mVAS flows show the price and subscription terms before the confirming click.
- The landing page loads, works on the devices targeted and opens only the pages a visitor chooses to open; no back-button hijacking or pop-up loops.
- Finance and crypto offers show the operator and the terms; advertisers are responsible for their offer's compliance with the laws that apply to them and to the markets they target.
How to get approved faster
- Submit the final landing page, not a placeholder; a changed page after approval triggers a new review.
- Add all creatives at once so one review covers them.
- Describe anything unusual (a pre-lander, a geo-redirect) in the campaign name or to your manager before saving.
Ads you add or change go through the same review. Repeated or deliberate breaches lead to campaign pause and account suspension under the advertising policies.
