- Open the registration form and enter your email, a password and your contact details.
- Tick the roles you need. Advertiser unlocks campaigns, creatives, targeting and statistics; Publisher unlocks websites, ad zones, embed codes and payouts; Affiliate unlocks offers, tracking links and postbacks. Most affiliates tick Affiliate and Advertiser together.
- Confirm your email from the message you receive. Your email is your login, so a later change goes through the same confirmation step.
- Log in. The left-hand sidebar lists only the sections your roles allow: Dashboard, Campaigns, Offers, Creatives, Funds, Volumes, Statistics, Offer Reports, Filters, Tracking and Documentation for advertisers; Websites, Adzones, Push, Billing, Referral and Postbacks for publishers.
Complete your profile
Open your name in the top corner → My Account. Fill in your name, company, address and phone. If you are a company, tick Is Company and enter your VAT number; the invoice address defaults to the account address unless you untick Use account address. These details print on every invoice, so complete them before the first deposit.
What is verified, and when
| Item | How it is verified | When |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Confirmation link at sign-up; a code by email when you change it later | At sign-up |
| Company details | Verified by Reacheffect; once verified, the company and address fields lock and are changed through support | Before the first invoice or payout |
| Publisher websites | Each new site is held for up to 24 hours and then moderated against the publisher policies | When a site is added |
| Campaigns and creatives | Moderated against the advertising policies, normally within one business day | When a campaign is saved |
Two-factor authentication (an authenticator app) and IP verification are available under Settings → Security. Switch 2FA on before you put money or traffic through the account.
Adding a role later
Settings → Roles lets you switch on Advertiser or Publisher for an existing account. Roles are one-way: once a role is active, support removes it on request. Accounts with both roles get a view switch at the top of the app so spending and earnings never share a screen.
